2. Our Services

We provide custom LEGO figure products. We are not associated with The Lego Group or any products produced by The Lego Group. We sell only genuine, modified Lego products unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

Design Requests: You retain ownership of any content you provide, such as custom designs or images. However, by submitting content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

Our Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Luma Creations LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.  

4. Orders and Payments

Order Process: To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. Any orders with incomplete information will be unable to be fulfilled. We will reach out via email if there are any issues, but otherwise, any order with incomplete information will be cancelled and refunded.

Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your order. At the moment, we except payment through the form of Paypal.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations may be subject to fees.

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping: We will ship your order to the address provided. Shipping times and costs may vary.

Returns: We may accept returns or exchanges under certain conditions, such as damaged or defective items. Please contact us for specific return instructions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our website or services.  

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of our website or services, or your violation of these Terms of Service.  

8. Modifications to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes.  

9. Order Processing & Shipping Time

We are still a small business. Please allow up to 30 calendar days for processing and shipping. Delays may occur due to high demand, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

10. Contact Us First

If there is any issue with your order (e.g., delays, tracking problems, incorrect items), you must contact Ninjagoprints support first by emailing ninjagoprints@gmail.com or using our contact form located on the contact page on our website.

We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Do not file a bank claim or chargeback without first reaching out to us.

11. Chargebacks & Claims Policy

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized bank claims or chargebacks.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed at any time without allowing us time to resolve the issue:

• Your current order will be canceled, and any processing fees incurred will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

• You will be permanently banned from placing future orders with Ninjagoprints.

• We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks with documented proof of shipment, communication, and our terms of service.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
